As the name suggests, the proto sample is the initial sample created after our designers receive the order sheet from buyers. It is made as per the artwork while the design and style are communicated in advance.
This size set serves the purpose of measuring the capability of making samples in distinct sizes. Apart from this, the number of samples and their production depends on the buyer. After pattern grading and approval, our team starts curating the sample according to the buyer’s requirements. We ensure that the apparel retains proper shape and size.
The Pre-production sample is created in original fabric and trims. PP sample is a pivotal stage of the sampling process since the production of the bulk garment cannot be initiated until its approval. Besides this, the sample sets the standard for production and bulk production apparel.
This sample is taken from the final shipment. The shipment sample assures the dispatch of the sample to the buyer and marks its delivery. As the name suggests, the sample contains all the mandatory packing, labels and other details attached to the finished product. We send one sample to the buyer for his future reference, one for the factory and the third one to the buying house merchant.
