02. Tech Packs
After the completion of tech packs, we make a prototype of the clothing
the design which confirms the suitability, fitting, stitching quality and
design.
03. Category Option
After getting your approval, it proceeds to further grading various sizes.
If, somehow, it is not, redesigning of samples takes place as per your
preference.
04. Size Chart
We’re here to provide you with the desired product made up of high-grade
quality raw material. The fabric, fiber, accessories used are of the
proper accuracy and guaranteed quality.
We provide size based on UK , US size (International size chart ) and also work for custom size .
05. Trims
We try to provide all the trips which are there in the particular design , with almost same functionality , as per mention .
Trims come with two variation
Normal trims : The trims which are readily available trims in the market
Branding trims : Branding trims come with brand name mention on the trims it is customised and took little time for manufacturing
06. Fabric
After the completion of tech packs, we make a prototype of the clothing
the design which confirms the suitability, fitting, stitching quality and
design.
Here we provide fabric option for the particular design which is best for the market , and it all based on the costing of the manufacture.
07. Bulk production
In the final step, here comes Bulk production. This procedure takes some
days. As the time period is dependent upon the design or the complexity
of the order.
08. Costing
We provide cost sheet based on the sampling and also provide the cost sheet of bulk production .
09. Labels
We provide branding labels , size labels and wash care labels for the authenticity of the product , Placement of labels will be mentioned by the designer in each tech pack with proper size .
10. Packaging
We provide packaging option based on the client choice .
